BANKRUPTCY AND WORKOUTS
Our Firm provides advice to financially troubled entities seeking to restructure their obligations and individuals contemplating Chapter 11 protection, individual creditors, acquisition candidates, potential acquirers, insurers and trustees.
In connection with seeking protection for such clients from their creditors in the bankruptcy courts, the Firm works with other attorneys and law firms or refers such matters to them.
