Currently, Ms. Mahatme works with established and emerging companies and entrepreneurs. She brings her personal entrepreneurial experience to her practice to facilitate practical solutions to legal challenges.
Ms. Mahatme has taught at various internal and external seminars including an intensive three day seminar entitled ''Operating Leases and Certain Aspects of New York Law Governing Operating Leases'' organized by IATA, Geneva, Switzerland. She has also presented a paper on insider trading at the Sixth International Symposium on Regulation of Financial Markets, Cambridge, U.K.
Ms. Mahatme also represents individuals in respect of executive compensation and employment, director and officer liability, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, matrimonial, family law and general civil matters.
